Do you store boats and boat trailers?

Yes! We store boats on trailers as well as just trailers and do have the ability to store certain size boats on our racking system. Please note, we are not located on the water so if the boat does not have a trailer it will not be usable.
What size boats and trailers do you store?
All sizes! Please call to inquire.
Do I have to sign up for a whole season?
No, we have a 2-month minimum.
Is your location secure?
Very. We are completely gated with an electric fence. Stadium lighting illuminates the yard at night and we do have security cameras which run 24/7.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a security deposit which is equivalent to one month’s storage charge. Security plus the first month (prorated if need be) is charged upon arrival. Billing occurs on the 1st of the month, the security deposit is refundable and applied to your last month’s rent only if notice of departure is given PRIOR to the 1st of the month.
What else is included in my storage fee?
We have hoses to wash down your boat or flush your engines after a salty day. Electrical hookups are located at several locations around our yard. We also have battery charges and tools for use if needed. We are a full-service facility with knowledgeable staff on hand from 9 am to 5 pm 7 days a week!
Can I work on my boat or trailer on your property?
If you are a current storage customer you can work on your boat with the exception of bottom painting and barnacle cleaning. We have a $25.00/per day facility fee for any outside worker who must be licensed and insured.
What boat ramps are nearby?
The Pelican Harbor Boat Ramp is about one mile east of our facility on 79th Street. Morningside boat ramp is 2.5 miles south of us, east on 58th Street.
Do I have 24-hour access to the facility?
Yes. If you would like to access your boat or trailer before or after hours, you must give us prior notice so we can have it out, ready, and easily accessible to you. A $50 refundable deposit is charged to each customer that requests an electric gate clicker. This clicker will be personally coded and assigned to you for after hour access.
What gas stations are nearby?
There are several gas stations in the area which have Diesel and ethanol free Rec-90 fuel for your boating needs.
How long in advance do I need to call to get my boat or trailer?
We ask you to call 24 hours in advance for your boat or trailer. We have a “working yard” and boats move to and from the front and back. Some are easily accessible and some are not, this constantly changes and while we try to work smart, it cuts down on wait time for YOU if you give us ample heads up. The trailers are stored between three local facilities but are often put into a racking system. It takes some time to pull them down and deliver them to our main facility at 215 NW 79th Street so 24-hour notice is imperative if you do not want to be waiting. We also like to have additional time to check tire pressure, lights and make sure bearings are greased.
